Afternoon:

Drive to Pipal Koti (approx. 8–9 hours, 230 km): Continue your journey to Pipal Koti, a small town nestled amidst the towering hills. As you drive through lush forests and along the riverbanks, the spiritual energy of Uttarakhand will begin to envelop you.

DevPrayag: Stop at Dev Prayag, where the confluence of the Alaknanda and Bhagirathi rivers takes place to form the holy Ganges.

Evening:

Arrive in Pipal Koti, where you can unwind in the cool mountain air. Spend the evening exploring the peaceful town or simply relax and absorb the beauty of the surrounding hills.

Early Morning:

Departure to Govind Ghat: After breakfast, set off for Govind Ghat, the base camp for the Hemkund Sahib trek. The journey to Govind Ghat takes about 1–2 hours (50 km), where you will begin your trek to the revered Hemkund Sahib.

Trek to Hemkund Sahib (approx. 6–7 hours, 10-12 km): Start your trek to Hemkund Sahib, a beautiful and challenging hike that winds through alpine meadows, forests, and stunning mountain views. The climb is steep but filled with the serenity of nature.

Afternoon:

Arrive at Hemkund Sahib: By afternoon, you will reach the sacred Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara, surrounded by snow-capped peaks and the stunning Hemkund Lake. The tranquillity of this holy site, where Guru Gobind Singh meditated, is awe-inspiring.

Visit Hemkund Sahib Gurudwara: Spend time in quiet reflection, offering prayers at the Gurudwara, and experience the divine atmosphere.

Langar (community meal) at the Gurudwara: Join the community for a meal that is offered free to all visitors, creating a sense of unity and spiritual connection.

Evening:

Explore the serene surroundings of Hemkund Lake, enveloped by the snow-covered peaks, and take in the panoramic views. The ethereal beauty of the location will leave you in awe.

Night Stay at Hemkund Sahib: Stay overnight at the Gurudwara or in tents arranged nearby, ensuring a unique experience under the star-filled Himalayan sky.

Morning:

Descend from Hemkund Sahib: After breakfast, begin your descent back to Govind Ghat. The downward trek is easier but still offers stunning views of the mountain landscape, valleys, and rivers.

Afternoon:

Arrive back at Govind Ghat: After the trek, rest and relax at Govind Ghat. The cool mountain breeze and peaceful surroundings make for a perfect retreat.

Evening:

Drive back to Pipal Koti (approx. 1–2 hours): Return to Pipal Koti for the night. Enjoy the last evening in the mountains with a relaxing stroll or quiet time in your guesthouse.

Morning:

Breakfast and Departure: Start your return journey to Haridwar after a final breakfast in the mountains.

Drive back to Haridwar (approx. 8–9 hours, 230 km): The long drive back takes you through scenic valleys, rivers, and charming towns, offering a final glimpse of Uttarakhand’s beauty.

Evening:

Arrival at Haridwar: Reach Haridwar by late evening or night. Conclude your sacred journey, filled with divine memories and spiritual experiences from Hemkund Sahib.
